Cycling
In Katwijk, you can go for lovely bike rides. You can follow the Heritage cycle route, which takes you along places of historical interest in Katwijk, Rijnsburg and Valkenburg. Other routes allow you to cross the coastal landscape between Katwijk and Wassenaar or to ride along the farms in and around Katwijk. The province of South Holland created the Limes cycle route between Katwijk and Leiden, along the border of the former Roman Empire.
