Vinyasa Yoga
Every Monday evening, from 7:15–8:30 p.m. (doors open at 7:00 p.m.)
A dynamic Vinyasa yoga class suitable for all levels. The class consists of a series of poses that we move through fluidly in rhythm with our breath. The poses flow seamlessly into one another, creating a form of meditation in motion. I use kramas—variations within a pose—so you can deepen your practice at your own level. This gives you the opportunity to challenge yourself and test your physical and mental limits, always with respect for yourself and your body as the starting point.

Vinyasa Yoga

This class focuses on gentle, flowing movements. We move through various poses at a calm pace to create a harmonious balance between body and mind. A wonderful practice to help you master the basics of Vinyasa Yoga.
Yin Yoga
Every Wednesday evening, from 8:00–9:15 p.m. (doors open at 7:45 p.m.)
Yin Yoga is a calming form of yoga in which poses are held for longer periods. We focus on relaxing the muscles, and thus on our connective tissue and energy channels. This class is therefore ideal if you’d like to become more flexible and/or explore the meditative side of yoga. Yin yoga invites you to let go, to stop resisting resistance. It’s incredibly valuable to practice and embody this, even off the mat.
