The Katwijk Rescue Brigade was founded in 1923, celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. The Katwijk Rescue Brigade collaborates with the Royal Netherlands Sea Rescue Institution. In Katwijk, there are both a South Post and a North Post at both ends of the Boulevard. You can go there, for example, in case of a jellyfish sting.
