Exhibition Jos den Hartogh in Topaz Overduin
From 10 April to 8 July, Jos den Hartogh presents his colourful and recognisable art in the exhibition corridor of Topaz Overduin nursing home, located at Nachtegaallaan 5 in Katwijk aan Zee.
Jos has enjoyed creating more than 100 paintings, always using oil on linen canvas. His passion for painting began at the age of 15, and although he took some classes at the Free University, Jos is mainly self-taught.
His work, often described as "naive realism", covers a variety of subjects, from landscapes to portraits. As soon as he sees something that inspires him, he captures it in his unique style.
The exhibition corridor at Topaz Overduin is freely accessible during office hours, via the entrance near the main entrance. Come along and admire Jos den Hartogh's vibrant works of art.
